Winneshiek County is requesting proposals for contract hauling of all Winneshiek County recycling bins to the recycling center from multiple county sites. Please contact the Auditor’s office for additional details and numbers. The contract term will be six months with option to renew, at the sole discretion of the County. Please submit proposals to the County Auditor’s office by January 17th.
